Police in Lira is holding a 24 year old man who was on Tuesday arresting in possession of 3 police uniforms, dismantled motorcycle parts, a Number plate number UDV 021N and one motorcycle number UEA 122A. Oyaka Emmanuel, a resident of Omito Parish, Adyel Divison in Lira Municipality was arrested by police at his residence after his wife who suspected him to be a thief, notified the police. In her statement to the police, her husband barely sleeps at home and occasionally dresses up like a policeman and disappears with his colleagues only to surface in the morning with dismantled motorcycle parts.
